You can get faux cherry blossom branches and wire them to a manzanita tree or any other tree that you can find.

You can buy faux moss runners.

Second, I have no idea what a “night restriction” is re the manzanita tree. Do you mean “height restriction”? I have no idea what your venue will allow or not allow. You will have to ask them. You can use any sort of tree for a base to which to wire the faux branches.

Another alterative would be to just buy long branches and place them in a tall Eiffel Tower vase.

As for the moss runner, the one in your pic looks like it was made with fresh sheet moss. You can buy bags from the florist or online. The thing is, they really can’t be made ahead of time unless you glue it to a base, like a roll of cardboard or corrugated plastic.

Just a warning: real moss will dry up instantly, definitely in a day, so it’s incredibly risky and difficult to prepare days in advance unless you can figure out how to keep it constantly wet… I’d definitely choose a faux option, even if looks less great. Good luck!
