i would imagine if you communicated to any photographer what you want, they might  be able to do it for you.  I did a trash the dress session with my wedding photographer who had not prior done before that was what i was looking for. but in general, i loved her photos and style, so i just sent her a bunch of inspiration photos and the outcome was fantastic! after i sent her the photos, she said she knew exactly what i was looking and would deliver – and she did!

I’ve seen E-pics done @ Union Station as well as @ a local coffe shop.  I’ve seen E-Pics where they did an outdoor shoot @ a local park and then switched to an indoor venue.   I agree w/ @PurpleUnicorn that if you expressed your desires w/ your photographer, he/she can transulate your vision for you.  You can try my photographer, Nancy Orzco @ nancyorzcoblog.com and discuss what you want.  I’m sure she can help create the look you desire.

You are going to need a photographer that uses off camera lighting to get a look like this.  This means bringing portable strobes with modifiers like umbrellas, softboxes, etc.  On Camera flash won’t work here.  So you have to find someone that is skilled enough to know how to do this, and also has the equipment and is willing to do a portrait shoot with it.  It will probably cost a bit more than the run of the mill natural light portrait sessions you typically see.
