Anyone know of any indoor venues for a December wedding? Preferrably one that is capable of having a ceremony AND reception without having to flip the room? Our guest count will be no more than 150. We’re really hoping to find one where outside catering is allowed. Please please please help. Once I get the deposit down on the venue I can chillax for a few months. but I hear the venue is the toughest part of the wedding. We’re shooting for a romantic winter wonderland wedding 🙂

- Wedding: August 2013 - Rosehill Community Center
If you’re willing to look a little ways outside of Seattle, you should check out my venue – Rosehill Community Center in Mukilteo. Their main room is gorgeous with amazing views, they don’t have any restrictions on caterers or anything, and it is totally reasonably priced. I think the top number of people allowed is 212 or something, and I’ve seen pictures of the ceremony inside. It seems like there would be enough space that you wouldn’t really have to move any tables – just have them take the ceremony chairs away and there is the dance floor! I’m having my ceremony outside, so I’m not sure the logistics for doing both inside, but it’s definitely been done before.

What about the Golden Gardens Boathouse? It’s really reasonably priced, and you can bring outside catering. I’m not sure about having 150 guests without needing to flip the room, but it would be worth checking out.
