Canaletto and Postrio in the Venetian are really good food and a great price. Bootlegger is south of the Strip but really good food. Most restaurants here have private dining rooms so those are always budget friendly and we have many celebrity chefs so the food is all great.

For dining on Fremont Street you should look at Vic and Anthony’s at the Golden Nugget.

The V Bar inside the Venetian is a great place for a small wedding reception.  They offer tray pass hors and open bar packages that are very reasonable.

The V Bar is more of a bar with a nightclub feel. I wouldn’t have a reception here unless everyone is ok with loud music.

I recommend checking out Chapel of the Flowers – they can totally have Elvis come and either sing or also do the ceremony and any of their packages can also double for a vow renewal ceremony. The chapel is also one of the more traditional and elegant chapels on the Strip so it’s a nice medium for those looking for both.

Our planners can also help you plan your reception and I saw someone mention Canaletto – that’s one of our restaurant partners so could be a great fit for you. I think this element is nice as you can keep everything in one place with our planners instead of having to balance several vendors and budgets, etc.

As for hotels downtown, the Golden Nugget is really nice. The El Cortez also has these really old-school but redesigned suites/cabanas you could check out. Those are my top two recommendations.

I hope that helps and best of luck! Let me know if there’s anything else you need.
