Our save the dates I designed on zazzle online. I think came out to less than a $1 a piece. 3×5 postcard size with envelopes. I don’t have a pic but they were wood grain background with white roses on the front, and wood grain behind the text box on the back. They have literally thousands to choose from and customize. Always look up coupon codes for them too for even bigger discount if you go that route

Etsy has templates you can buy for ~$10 and then you print them yourself. We did this for our invites ($25) and only had to buy nice paper and envelopes, which weren’t too expensive. Oh, and a paper cutter! This is a must-have if you print them yourselves. I got a great one at Michael’s for like $15.

Here are the save the date templates from the shop we bought our invites from: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SwellAndGrand?ref=l2-shopheader-name&section_id=16478595

I got my idea off of another wedding planning site. I purchased vintage postcards for .45 each. Then for $20 I got the stamp kit at office max. My stamp said

save the date

for the wedding of

me and my husband

date

 city

invitation to follow

website

I alternated each line w large letters then small. it came out perfect. Took about 1.5 hours to set the stamp.

Basically looked like like this but different wording. I don’t have one to show so I got this from the internet where is where I copied anyway.

Vista print. Around $100 for a little over 100 Save-The-Date Cards + envelopes that had our return address pre printed. I don’t even think I used a coupon because we were pressed for time but I know they have sales all the time

From what i’ve found vistaprint is the cheapest, around $0.39 if you buy 100 and they always have coupons or a sale i think it is 25% off this weekend. I have also found zazzle and wedding paper divas to be quite reasonable.

I used clarkcolor.com and waited for a good sale.  I designed my own with some pics of us. I used postcards with envelopes and got 100 for about $10.  I did similar cards for thank yous also around $10

futremrswhite17:  well mine was Hawaiian theme so I got them at a website called vintage Hawaiian I think. But you can google vintage postcards or vintage looking postcards and there are lots of sellers. Sometimes on eBay people sell lots of them. Apdeoending on how much time you have and how many you need you can collect them at antique stores. Antique stores would be cheap because postcards aren’t big sellers. But not sure if you have the time.

id say eBay is great.

Sign up for vistaprint’s email list. They have 40-50% off coupons like every other week. I got about 50 magnets for $25.

Vistaprint, zazzle, and wedding paper divas are all good options
