HillCrest Terrace in Fullerton is great for DIY weddings.  Easy access for trucks and rental equipment, lots of parking for your guests.  It’s located beside a park so you have lots of photo-friendly locations post-ceremony.

I handled decor and desserts for my friends here (one wedding, one birthday) and you get plenty of time in the morning to prepare.  There’s a room right off of the main outdoor patio area where you can get dressed too.

There’s also Business Expo Center in Anaheim (https://www.businessexpocenter.com/page/WeddingReception) that I was looking into a few years back.  It’s not outdoors but they allow outside vendors.  It’s basically a blank slate so you can decorate however.

Good luck!
