@lindapresk09:  There is a town called Grafton in Illinois just across the river.  There are numerous wineries and bars and it is on the river.  I would recommend looking into Grafton Winery and Brewhaus. It is trendy with tall vaulted ceilings and glass garage doors that open up to huge balconies!!  There are bed and breakfasts all up and down that strip for people to stay at.  There is also a place called the loading dock that has a big warehouse type of area ( sounds dirty) but you would have to see all of their photos – they make it sooo different and unique! it is also in grafton!

You could also look into Villa Marie Winery in Maryville, IL which is just on the otherside of the river too.  It is a little more expensive to rent but I heard that they have lowered their prices.

Have you heard of the Quail Ridge Lodge in Wentzeville, MO? It is a beautiful lodge that is $650 all day on a Saturday. The catch is that they book up FAST so depending when your wedding is, this may not work.
