@MerryC: thank you. It really surprised me becuase he always tries to not get too emotional or anything, so it was really nice for him to open up and tell me what he was feeling. Obviously he wants to have a baby by any means, since we are doing IUI this month, but it was sweet to realize that he does have some deep emotions and feelings about this!

I’m off to my US!

@Rosie Girl:Yea it is fairly quick. The long part is the hour wait you have between when your DH gives the sample and them washing it and prepping to the time of insemination. You are allowed to leave during that time but then when you come back it really is pretty fast after that.

Just got back! I had one follicle on my right ovary that was big enough, but she didn’t know if it was going to “pop” on its own. So I am getting hcg tonight (at 10), and then Wed at 1 we take my DH men in and IUI scheduled for 2. Then I have to lay there for 20 min afterwards, so I think I might just take the rest of the day off! And if I get the hcg at 10, that is 40 hrs until IUI. Is that ok?! I am going into the labor and delivery to get the shot, but maybe I should just do it at home??? I am so scared of needles though!

Rawr.  I’m annoyed.  The last time I took progesterone, my period started two days after I took my last pill.  This go ’round?  Nope nope nope.  I’m getting antsy… I want to get going on the Clomid!

@Rosie Girl: Yay! How exciting! How did the shot go last night? I hate needles, too, but have gotten quite used to them in the last few months with so many appt’s. Hope it wasn’t too bad. So tomorrow afternoon is your big day! 🙂

@MerryC: Playing ‘Let’s Get It On’ would certainly make the dr and staff laugh, if nothing else. haha I could never do that, but it would be funny!

@meganmp1: Sorry it is taking so long!! Any signs of it coming soon at all? The wait must be driving you nuts. I hope it comes soon!

Last night was our first night of baby dancing that could possibly work. Yay! Tomorrow night is our “scheduled night” (love how the doctor wrote on the instructions, Day 13 Have Sex” haha,  and Thursday is the post coital test and ultrasound. I hope I have lots of follies growing!!! Can’t wait for the appt. Thursday morning!!!

@meganmp1: Don’t you hate that the one time you really need your body and meds to cooperate they don’t?  I hope AF shows up soon!

Today is only 3dpo, but yesterday I had a funny pinching feeling in my uterus on and off.  It was so odd feeling.  I wonder what it was??

This morning my BFF text me at 6am thinking she was in labor but not sure. Now, only 2 hours later she is already at the hostpital and had her epi! Things are moving fast! I thought I would be upset but I am so happy for her. I am super jealous though because she had a super easy pregnancy and now it looks like she is going to have a really fast labor…
