Hi all. Hope you’re doing well.

Nothing much to report from me. We’re in that IVF break & waiting to see if I ovulate … CD25 and nothing happening, as per usual. Why did I think my stupid ovaries would cooperate this time around?

Anyway, soon I make the decision to end this rubbish cycle with Provera. When AF comes around, I should be ready to start IVF #2. 🙂

I started Lupron last week in anticipation of IVF #2 late June. I am already crazy hormonal and man did I forget how much this sucks.

Nada going on over here.  Waiting for AF to show.  Just cramping.  No PMS this month.  Of course, AF’s gonna be late when I have things to do.

I”ll cross post from the last IF thread:

DH’s urologist didn’t give us many answers as to why the crappy SA resluts.  He just said it could be any number of things.  He prescribed an antibiotic, prednesone, and ibuprofin for 3 weeks the a follow up SA a week after that.  Hopefully things are looking better and the meds helped or this was just a fluke.

I got my (completely expected) BFN yesterday and AF started today.  It’s kind of annoying knowing we’re in a holding pattern b/c we could be starting our IUI cycle now since AF came on her own.  But, no use dwelling in it.

Since we’re in at least a month holding pattern I won’t be on as much.  And, if it’s worse and we have to do IVF, I’ll be gone even longer.  I did joing Weight Watchers yesterday to help lose this weight I need to to do egg donation with my IVF.  But, of course I will be looking in regularly to see how you ladies are doing and hoping to see lots and lots of BFP’s!!!

So today was CD40, and I called the REI clinic to get the blood test put in.  Then I go to my primary care clinic to get the blood drawn, and that clinic is closed today!!  Ugh!  Now I have to drive all the way to the hospital, which is at least a 45 minute drive roundtrip, not nearly enough time to get it done on my lunch break.  Where’s Dracula when I need him?

Warning: Rant about Darling Husband coming

I think the only thing more frustrating that having to take meds that send hormones out of whack is never seeing Darling Husband.  We both work, but he is definitely the breadwinner in the family.  He works 80 hours/week on average , but he’s salary with no overtime option.  80 hours.  That means he gets one day off a week.  Sometimes our days line up that I actually get to see him.  Most times they don’t.  Like today, I had to work but he had the day off.  Of course, he had to go back into work today to finish working on a group project.  He said he would be home before I was.  Nope, he’s still at work.  The last time we BDed was almost a month ago now.  A MONTH!!  We try to at other times, but he is so stressed out that it doesn’t happen.  I mean, seriously, I thought the myth about getting married and the sex would stop was just that, a myth, but apparently it’s true.  I just want to cry (oh wait, already there), and scream and just start throwing things, but that won’t help anything.

Sorry for the rant, I just needed to get it out somewhere.

@mareundarum:  That sounds so frustrating. I’m so sorry. 🙁

I’m still waiting for AF. 6 more days of progesterone to go before it’ll hopefully turn up. We’ll see…

@stormy9973:  YAY! As another person with never ending cycles of doom when I’m not on meds, this deserves a hardcore cheer! 🙂 That’s awesome.

No news here, just working hard to lose weight and save money for injectables + IUI, ideally in mid August.
