Hi all !
I need to create a template to send out to my out of town guests.
It needs to include the following : hotel details , flight details , tux rental details and after party details.
I just don’t know how to word it or where to start.
If anyone could help I’d be delighted 🙂 xxx

Do you have a website? I’d put all of this info on there; a lot of it seems like in-town guests would need to know too (tuxes, after party, even maybe hotels). I would send save the dates with the website address, and spread the information that everything thye need to know will be on your website.

If you do go with an email, I would just imagine I was writing to one guest to make it easier to start and more personal. Use bold headers and bullet points to break up text. You might also want to categorize it into time-related events like: ‘Getting there’ ‘During the Wedding’ which will help you figure out how to structure the email.
