The top was my grandmother’s ring. The bottom is my ering using the stone from her ring.

desertgypsy :  I don’t. I wish I did. My gram passed away in 2001 and my mom had it. Unfortunately my mom had a stroke in October and her speech as well as memory is affected. So she doesn’t remember much about it

I inherited two rings that are very similar. This one was an engagement ring circa 1920s England. It’s an OEC 0.22 ct diamond in an illusion setting. Head is platinum and shank is 18kt gold.

Beautiful rings! I just love a vintage beauty and how special that you know where the ring came from. I have one that is similar, but I bought it from a vintage seller online. The details on these rings are just so lovely.
