Quick question!! I would love to heear your input! I’m the type of woman that must wake up early enough in the morning, take a refreshing shower, do my make up and have on a neatly pressed outfit before work. If not…I feel tired, drained, aggravated…my mood is just a bit *Spicey*. Does your appearance somewhat determine your mood that day? I know that when you look good… you feel good… I just want to hear some of your input.

If I don’t get enough sleep, it doesn’t matter what I look like, lol.
But usually, my appearance reflects how I feel. It bothers me if I feel too dishevelled

I feel the same way! I have to feel like I made some sort of effort to look descent. I look worn and sick otherwise!

I feel pretty much the same no matter how I’m ‘put together’ but there are days where I do actively pick out outfits that I know I feel good in! There are certain outfits where it feels almost impossible to be in a bad mood.

I can look like crap and still feel ok, but looking hot always makes me feel better.
I have this pair of shoes that I wear when I think I might have a day. They’re fabulous. I feel fabulous (and tall and powerful). I also feel classy and smart when I wear my pearls.
Weird little things, but work what works for you. 🙂

Pearls absolutely changes my mood for work! I feel classy and smart as well.! High heels make me feel powerful and in control!

If I don’t eat a decent breakfast I feel aggravated all day. Maybe this also has to do with getting up earlier and leaving yourself some time before you have to be at work?

Yes, for the most part this is true for me too. However, if I don’t get enough sleep (like last night), it doesn’t matter how great I look, I’m drained and then feel aggravated all day!

YES! I have to have a shower, wash my hair and do my makeup. If I’m clean and tidy, I feel refreshed. And if I wear heels, I feel more confident!

I agree 100%!! Rest is VERY important. That also plays an important role in the way your day goes, productivity and your appearance!

For me it’s a mix of things. I def need a nice shower, pressed clothes and enough sleep to feel great in the morning. Also, a nice, yummy breakfast puts a smile on my face 🙂

Nope, exactly the opposite! The way i feel determines my looks!!

I say nutrition/rest is the most important for me. If my blood sugar is low or I don’t physically feel well I won’t look good no matter what I do. If I feel healthy then I am happy!
