Hello! So I decided to start insanity workout…I’m 2 days in and feel like I have muscles I never even knew about 😉 I was just looking for other bees who are doing it and any tips about it, even diet, to help out and also just for support! I went through my first workout and even though I walked some I went through it and even a little dry heaving was involved (absolutely horrible) I am going to keep going! I was up to running 6 miles regularly (a personal best for me) but this is kicking my butt and I am ok with it!

Good Luck! I have not done it yet but Fiance just got it and I want to finish the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred before I move on to Insanity. Jillian is kicking my butt right now so I know I cant handle Insanity yet! lol But I would love to hear how it works out for you! 🙂

It’s a good workout! I did it last year and it was hard but you feel such gratification when you complete it!
I’d love to have you join my Facebook support group called “Fire It Up” just a great way for people to share tips, keep each other motivated etc. I had a hard time keeping focused and motivated because it is a tough workout. But definitely worth it.
I’m going to be starting Les Mills Combat soon which is another Beach Body workout.

I started day 1 of Rushfit this morning. I was definately heaving too, and had to skip 1 rep of strength excersises, but I’m damn proud of how far I pushed myself…. only 7 weeks and 6 days left to go!

@FutureMrsLadolcetta: I’m on Week 4 of Month 1. I’m actually repeating week 4 because I took a week off for vacation and I don’t feel ready to move onto Month 2 lol. How are you liking it so far? What are your favorite DVDs? I love the Plyo dvd even though it’s one of the longer ones. I hate Pure Cardio because that period of no rest kicks my butt haha. I’m eating pretty normal (not following their diet plan) but I eat pretty good to begin with. I messed up yesterday and ate 5 Guys (yikes!) because I was slightly hungover and greasy food makes me feel better when I’m hungover haha. But I made up for it by eating a salad for dinner 🙂

@IzzyBear: Ugh Pure Cardio is my least favorite too! I like the Resistance one the best. I’m scared of the Month 2 workouts. I’m thinking I may repeat Month 1 before moving on. I have a little less than 5 months before my wedding so I don’t need to push myself like crazy.
I don’t get hangovers, but I can drink which is my downfall 🙁 I’m trying to limit myself more and keep myself eating healthy.
I’m really curious about his new T25 workouts coming out.

Im on day four of week four. I think I’m going to repeat the first month because I still have trouble with the arm workouts and have to take breaks, not as many as at the beginning but since month 2 is supposed to be harder I don’t feel ready to move on. I have lost 7 lbs so far and I can tell the difference on my tummy 🙂
