I know a guy who did it and all he talked about was Insanity 24/7, thus I am forever annoyed with it haha. He did lose weight though, but he also made pretty big changes to his diet.

As KatyElle mentioned, diet is a huge part of it. Insanity is a great workout, but you have to have good nutrition to get the results. That’s definitely the most important part.

you’re getting married a day before me!! woohoo…

Ive wanted to do insanity so bad I have them too…right now I am just working out in my basement on  a treadmill O_o

I’ve been doing it – I am trying to run a 5K this summer though, so I switched to a different one.

I am going to go through the 60 days again after my 5K!

Good luck – stick to it, and it really does work.  I like it a lot.

@linz09:  I love to hear about products that work (especially since in about 90 days it will be major crunch time to lose baby weight) but he was scarily obsessed with it. He sounded like a corporate spokesperson, he would litter my facebook with “If you dream it you can achieve it” type pictures. It was a tad much. But he did a major overhaul on his diet, very limited carbs and sugar, no soda, went to bed early. And it paid off!
