Update: Completed day 2 yesterday, and I’m sore as hell. It feels good though, to know that I’m doing something good for my body. Also, although I’m not following the diet plan to a tee, I have cut our “wine nights” down to once a week, and we are eating very healthy (e.g. lean protein, brown rice, lots of vegetables, etc.).
Boyfriend is still going strong, and he actually struggled most with the plyometric stretching part. He isn’t the most flexible guy, lol. But it was so nice being able to do it together and keep the motivation going. Another perk is that this has sort of made us break our evening routine of TV watching, so we actually interact more. I do love that aspect of it 🙂

I just started it and can’t even finish a workout… yet!! I have been doing a lot of cycling and running, but have no upper body strength whatsoever so I’m looking forward to getting stronger!
How did you guys change your diet to maximize results? I’m starting this in a few days and want to maximize my weight loss with it.
I feel so much stronger after my recovery day on Sunday, and didn’t even feel that sore this morning! I also saw my mom on Sunday, and she commented that my arms look really good 🙂
What I’ve found: Even if it hurts – just slow down your pace – but don’t stop!
Good tip! I just did day 2 and could barely get through the warm up. Lol. I won’t stop though – will continue on!
I just finished this week! I LOVED it. I am a healthy weight, and didnt’ lose much, but I am sooo much stronger and my endurance is through the roof.
You ladies are so inspiring! I have thought about it but decided not to purchase another work out routine until I really try all the ones I have now 🙂

I am! I am! Fiance and I are on week 2. Today was Pure Cardio day! Ugh! You know it’s bad when Shaun T says he’s scared for what’s about to come. It’s hard, not going to lie. I’ve run 5 half marathons and done boot camps at my gym and I think this is the most I’ve ever sweated in my life!
However, we’re only on day 8 and I can already tell a difference in my endurence level! And Shaun T is the first person on one of these videos I don’t to slap! haha….however you will want to slap Tonya, the super in shape girl that’s good at everything!
I’m finally to the point where I don’t wake up in total pain the next day! I’m excited to see what the next 8 weeks bring.
Older brother bought it but I havent given it a try yet. Little brother did it with him the first day and threw up! That kind of got me scared lol but maybe I will give it a try soon, see how out of shape I am :p
Ahh! I love this workout! I’m on my recovery week right now. I lost 10 pounds during the first month. I know you’re not supposed to but I’ve decided to repeat month 1, one more time. I’m still struggling a little to get through the workouts without extra breaks and the weight is falling off pretty quickly. I’m going to do month 2 once I start to plateau. Those of you in the beginning stages, KEEP GOING!
