Day one of insanity workout. The Fit Test nearly killed me. The hardest part was the pylo stuff. I had to take quite a few breaks. I hope to keep getting better!
I’ll try to post on here to keep me accountable and motivated.
76 days until the wedding!

The best thing about insanity is you see shaun t. and his crew struggling through it so you don’t feel bad taking breaks. I did a workout with him at a beachbody event…I was sore for 5 days!

Keep with it! I wish I did! I made it to week 5 and then I stopped…the 2nd month is MUCH harder than the first in my opinion (not to scare you) 🙂 . I am doing Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred but think I might try and tackle insanity after that! Keep up the good work and even if you take a small break during the work out you will still see results!!

Day 2 was sooo hard! I had a puddle of sweat on the floor (I even had a sweat towel!) But the stronger I get the better the workouts will be.
I can’t imagine them getting harder even the people working out had to take breaks- haha!
I’m not sure if I will be able to do them everyday because I would also like to start running outside (when it gets above 50) my goal would be to run a 5k, 10k and/or half. I’m glad something (wedding) got my butt in gear!
Thanks eveyone!

Day 3 (cardio power and resistance) done. It has been a looong time since I’ve actually worked out three days in a row. Day 3 was hard but a little easier then day 2 (plyo cardio), maybe because it was shorter or maybe b/c I’m getting a little stronger.
Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery- recovery is def what I need! Who knew doing butt kickers, high knees, jogging in place, pushups… could be such hard work :S

Be careful with the V- Push-ups!!! Not sure if you have gotten there yet, but I pinched a nerve soooo bad in my neck after I did those. I must have been doing something wrong…lol

@Honeybear:Thanks for the info! I haven’t gotten there yet, but even the regular or walking push-ups are hard!
