do you work out?  sometimes for me if I work out I become so exhausted I just drop to sleep (but sometimes my energy level spikes)… honestly I write down lists of stuff and browse the hive until I drift off… have you tried a pill or something to make you sleep?

I have something similar to what you described. This morning I was up at 6 a.m. worked until 8 p.m. and I can’t get to sleep. It’s like there’s things I want to do, but there’s nothing for me to do at the moment besides surf the web.

    A few years ago when it got really bad I vowed to stop using my laptop in bed and took the television out of our room. It really helped a great deal- unfortunatley I’m back to my old habit of surfing in bed.

wow girlie, have you tried to go to the doctor?  i think maybe you are stressed?

I used to do that in college but stopped.. I took sleep aids for a few weeks and it got me into a better rhythm. Have you talked to a doctor?

I came down with a sinus infection over a week ago and ever since then I cant sleep! I tried taking nyquil and would wake up at 3 and toss and turn. Now that the infection has cleared, Im still tossing and turning. I try not to watch tv in bed- dont take my laptop to bed- only read. Usually that makes me sleepy but lately nothing helps. Its soooo frustrating!!!
