I’m having a wedding at my parents farm :).

I’m assuming you’ll being doing a tented wedding, I’m not sure where you’re from, but in Michigan the weather is too unpredictable to not have a tent.

I know what you mean by your theme… my advice is don’t over do it too much since it is a farm and while I definitley don’t support the barn yard theme… I think you can incorporate an enchanted night in there.

Your colors are gorgeous.  My advice is lots of flowers, I think they are romantic, and they will make the farm look gorgeous.  Instead of going through a florist.. I would just do everything yourself the day before, unless budget isn’t an issue for you.  I’m ordering my flowers from here, here are a few links of flowers I think would look amazing.

the roses from this site are very cheap… I’m not sure if you’d want to do green but here are some more options:

The site above is the best possible for roses, although their color selection isn’t great.  Below are some links for some flowers that are slightly more expensive, but I think worth it:

About 1000 dollars can get you 1400 flowers- the flowersandfreshness site does have a great deal on calla lilies also, you an always floral spray white ones the color you desire.

Another way to give your venue a enchanted evening feel… is by adding enchanted lighting.  Check where there are power supplies first before planning anything, youdon’t want to have to run generators… they are loud and obnonxious.

I personally am not a fan of twinkle lights… but hey… do what feels right.

http://www.partylights.com is a good site for lighting needs.  I love paper lanterns, but I don’t think they will go with your theme.  If you’d like to hang things from trees, with the excess flowers you have you could make hanging flower balls.  It is very cheap… here is an example:

and here is the website where you are able to purchase the foam:

Another aspect that could really boost your theme is table linen.. people underestimate the power of good linens.. they set the tone.  Mess with your tables… instead of round do rectangular or square and add a table runner for some extra POP!  You can use chair ties as table runner from bbj.

http://www.bbjlinens.com has to great options: I don’t know what exact shads you will be using… but here are a few options.

Add whimisical little touches with table cards with a nice design in a heavy cardstock, personlized programs, etc…

Other things you may like to do that would be really cool:

Dress you flower girls up as something whimsical… maybe fairies?  On adults this get up would be a little odd… but on little girls eeryone would think they were precious.  Give them "fllower wands."

Also,  candles.. think lots of candles.  I would get a ton of jar candles and put them all over.  In the dark it will look amazing…

Another idea is to do a whimsical cake.  Instead of the traditional white cake… whynot do something like dark purple with some texture?  Since it is an outdoor wedding, cupcakes may be easier… so look into unique cupcakes also (they are also cheaper).

Lastly, fabric always can set a tone.  drape fabric in your colors from the tent, trees, barn, etc…  It will make it feel romantic. overall, when I see this event I picture something very warm and romantic. I think the way to create this is by using candles, color, and lighting.

  I hope this helped.

When you say enchanted what I think of is

1) a lot of lights: candles and garlands of christmas white lights all over the place.

2) moss

3)Curly Willow (ex: http://www.curiouscountrycreations.com/images/products/curly-willow.jpg) have them painted in silver and white colors to shine and have some wrapped with lights. Create an enchanted forest with them.

Hang small lanterns but also some sheer ribbons from the ceiling.
