The dress you’ve bought looks pretty on you! I will say I don’t love the flowers, but that’s just my personal opinion. I voted for keep looking, though, because if you’re not happy with it then I think there’s no harm in trying to find something else that will make you happier! I had immediate regret when I bought my dress and I ended up switching it to my runner up, and I haven’t looked back since. So, I don’t think it’s crazy to try to find one that makes you feel great!

You could do pearls and lace or even a blingy brooch. It has a little Marilyn 50s vibe to it that could be fun to play with. Faux fur, rhinestone necklace or bracelet. Lots of choices!

Yes, as others have said, the current dress is lovely , and especially if you removed the bodice flowers . From the back it is just perfect, flowing and elegant and certainly grown up!
Fit and flares and mermaids are not best suited, to my mind, to the pear body shape.
