Ok so prior to wedding planning I have been a runner I just ran a half marathon in Sept. Do to ALL of the time wedding planning and my DIY’s plus having 4 kids I haven’t been running at ALL! Previously I was obese and last year lost 60lbs. Since my planning really kicked into gear 4 months I ago I really let myself go just eating whatever. I have gained 10 lbs! I hate it! I feel like a fat cow 🙁 I am on a mission to loose these 10lbs in 2 weeks. Which normally I would not recomend since that’s generally not healthy but I’m following a crazy strict diet and starting to run again. I will start Sunday the 13th and finish Sunday the 27th the day before I leave to FL to get married. I am currently weighing in at 143 lb and I want to be at 133 before leaving. Wish me luck!
