It’s so poignant… the fact that it’s so easy to laugh at the very idea of controlling a man’s body this way (I laughed automatically reading the language) but people are so invested in controlling women for real… just shows how much of a double standard there still is and how far we still have to go.

I just find the whole thing so bizarre. But then, I find the US bizarre in so many ways, anyway. For starters, I still can’t believe you don’t have an NHS.

I should also say that we can access birth control, on demand, free, and without parental knowledge or consent, from the age of 12.

We cannot access subsidised viagra, except in exceptional circumstances.
