I think it was Miss Ballet flat (and probably others, but can’t think of them off the top of my head) that posted a tutorial on this.

I would imagine this is EXTREMELY time consuming, so just be cognizant of whether making them yourself is really worth it.  I wanted grey pocket folds and was able to find them for 53 cents a piece at Papersource.  If the typical piece of 12×12 paper is $1.00 that was only 1.5 cents more expensive each to save myself all that work, so I went for it.

Oh, for some reason I thought you were talking about MAKING pocketfolds from paper… disregard.

 

I made mine using Microsoft publisher, and my home printer and was pretty happy with them.
