quick question. I am stillunder my dads insurance, and got a bill that needs to be resubmitted. He told me to take care of resubmitting it, so that i would know how, well i dont have the slightest idea as to how. Do i call the hospital the bill was sent from? or the insurance company?

@mattsgirl813: What do you mean that it needs to be resubmitted? It depends on what the problem is. If the charges are wrong, you need to contact the hospital, but if the amount covered is incorrect, then you need to contact the insurance company.
I just went off my parents’ insurance a few years ago, so I completely understand the confusion. Medical stuff sucks!

@brideatbeach: i think that the coverage was wrong. it is so frustrating. about 2 months ago i spent literally a total of like 4 hours on the phone wiht them bc the kept canceling my insurance because of my schooling. ugh so annoying lol
