This seems a bit off putting. The length of the stay, coupled with the fact that you are working as chauffeur AND photographer is definitely not right. I would try to, as nicely as possible, mention how much this is going to cost you- not to mention the week off work. I understand that they have a budget- but it doesn’t mean that you should take on all the burden yourselves unless you had otherwise indicated that would be okay with you both.

We’re having a Destination Wedding in Sedona, but not expecting anyone to be there for more than 3 days (and 3 days is only IF my bridesmaids want to come up early to relax at the spa- NOT expected).

I think the only part that is unreasonable is them requiring that you stay Monday through Friday.  I would definitely decide on how long you want to be there for and then inform them that’s how long you will be there.

Yes that would put me off to the whole idea.  Our guests are not required to do anything but show up and enjoy their time.  We are arranging everything for the day of the ceremony including transportation so that our guests can be just that, GUESTS.  Its time to have a serious one on one with them.

no, this is not how destination weddings work!  or at least, mine is not working like this – i’m in shock!!

i think its very unreasonable to expect you to stay monday through friday!!  and i don’t think they should insist you stay at a hotel that may not be in your budget.

and they didn’t ask you do to the photos but you are EXPECTED?  and EXPECTED to drive? sorry, very rude. IMHO they are asking their guests to basically pay for them to have a wedding and weeklong vacation.

and they aren’t paying for dinner?  other people might not take issue with that but i think that’s rude too!

So sorry to hear she is losing her job!  I thinks its really great you are going to help them.  Way to be the bigger person.  I hope they have an amazing day (or week)! =)
