Happy Hanukkah! We’re an interfaith couple (he’s Jewish, I’m Lutheran), so we celebrate both Hanukkah and Christmas in our house. I’ve always loved how pretty the Menorah looks, so I thought I’d take a picture of ours and ask others to share images of their menorahs! I’ve seen some before that were very ornate and intricate, others that are very “artsy”/new age… so I hope you’ll share them!

@MrsEdamame: Neither of us are Jewish, but I maintian that there is a strong relationship between Judaism and Christianity. So, we have a makshift menorah, mostly because it’s beautiful but also because I think Judaism and Hanukah are both beautiful traditions. It’s just eith smaller candles and then one tall one in the middle. It’s in one of our deep windows, and I really love looking at it.

love yours! My grandmother just gave us “our” first menorah (we’re interfaith, he’s not Jewish). It’s not my taste really but it’s made of Israeli sand stone so that’s pretty cool.

I don’t have a picture of ours but I love the story of it. On our first vacation as a couple we went to Turkey. We were in a tiny town, middle of nowhere Turkey where most people didn’t speak English. We were browsing in an antique store when I came across a a super old looking menorah. The owner didn’t even know what it was. We haggled with him and ended up paying only a few dollars for it. Cleaned it up at home and now it’s our family menorah.

Pictures, where are the pictures?
Ok, I didn’t post one either. We’re not Jewish either but we do a Menorah every year as a show of support and love.

@MrsEdamame: It’s not that good of a picture, but here it is!
