I think it’s very appropriate and very professional!  Depending on your career field, you may want to add either a jacket or cardigan, but I think it looks great!

Looks great to me! Clean, attractive, but doesn’t grab attention. The emphasis is on you and not the clothes.

Good luck!

I don’t work in HR… But the only thing that I’d change with the outfit is 1) put on a pair of nylons (you’re wearing closed toes so it’ll make you look more professional) and 2) find a suit coat to go over your shirt. Even if you don’t add those, you still look professional. Great choice in skirt, shoes, AND shirt!Just my opinion though, take everything with a grain of salt Cool

Good luck!

PS: when I say nylons I mean nude or sheer black pantyhose. (no patterns or fisnets! lol) I say this if the company is into business dress and not business casual

The lenght of the skirt is great and the shoes are perfect.

Do you know the dress code of the company you’re interviewing with? Would a jacket be appropriate?

Do you have a jacket to go with it?

Other than that, I think it looks great!

Perfection! Although if you’re interviewing for an office with a more formal setting, a jacket or cardigan might be good to have.

I think that’s perfectly appropriate. Skirt isn’t too short, shoes aren’t some clear platform stripper shoes… lol. Looks great!

that outfit is interview appropriate.  maybe a cardigan?  but if it’s hot, don’t bother.  i don’t think you need stockings but up to you.

Depends on where you are working, but I say the skirt is a little tight and you might want to throw on a jacket or sweater if you will be a in conservative, professional office. Otherwise it would seem fine.

I’d add a cardigan or a suit jacket.  But then again, I only interview in full suits.

I wouldn’t bother with tights if it’s hot where you are.  Even in my formal office setting no one wears tights in the summer.

@MissElizabeth:  Oh yeah, totally just carry it.  I’ve done that a billion times interviewing in NY in the summer.
