Have you ever had such an experience? I’m going to be at the company for 3 nights, two full work days and one evening event.
I think it could be really nice, or quite stressful! I was just thinking, I guess everything I said and do can be judged…! I’ll try to be nice, friendly, confident…myself.
Has anyone else had an interview situation like this?

I’ve never heard of that before. I mean, I guess it makes sense if they really want to get to know you and they have a lot of evening activities there? I thought my FHs 4 hour interview was long, but 3 days? Wow!

I have done OJT for about 4 hours, not over 3 days. And I didn’t get the job (and this was on top of 7 interviews). After being through it, and being in HR myself… I think they’re a total waste of time, especially if you’re not getting paid and you have no guarantee of a job. I thought 4 hours was a stretch, but 3 days? I would have to decline (unless the starting salary was out of this world high).

Well, it is pretty much my dream job, and the hotel expenses are paid…and the employer seems lovely…and I’m going to meet other teachers too. I guess I should clarify that it’s teaching so one day I’m just observing. It is a lot, but I think it shows they are interested. I figured I should jump at the chance.

Update…it’s going really well! Hopefully I go out with a bang tomorrow (in a good way) 🙂
