My interview was with a charity ive been volunteering at for over a year, but with different management.
I was full of confidence due to a pep talk my manager gave me before I went up and now I’m just crashing! I cant remember the questions they asked, let alone my answers but feel like I’ve somehow blown all chances of getting this job.
Super disappointed and this three day wait is going to be hell!
Tell me your interview stories!

Omg I’m hyperventilating right now because I’m about to go on a teaching interview in 45 min! I’m so nervous!

@star_dust: Dont! Calm down 🙂 Relax, take your time and don’t be like me and start panicking straight after! Most importantly, good luck!

I just had my first interview in a year on Friday…granted, we are overseas and jobs on base aren’t easy to come by. I was asked what my goals were for the next 3-5 years and then they said, oh since you have a master’s degree, I guess it isn’t going back to school.
I’ve been turned down from entry-level positions b/c and I quote “if you get something better paying, you’ll likely leave us.” I was also asked how long Darling Husband and I would be here. I told them 1.5 years which I think hurt my chances. Too bad b/c they had awesome benefits.

@texasbee: You’d hope employers would recognise you wouldnt go for the interview if you didn’t want the job.
Today I found that the questions were not what I expected and maybe I didnt have the answers they were looking for.
Its so hard to know what an employers looking for and to walk out confident.
