Good luck.  Make at the end you do two things.

1. Ask them if they have any concerns about you succeeding at the job.  This is your last chance to address them.

2. Ask for the job.  In some way make sure you tell you that you want the job and that you would accept it if offerred.  Like any man proposing marriage, hiring managers don’t like being told “no” so it’s a plus to know that a candidate is eager and ready to say “yes.”

Maybe you could pick up a herbal tranquiliser like rescue remedy on your way? That might help. Good luck!

I hear you! I have a second interview for an awesome position next wednesday and I am super nervous. I just try to be as prepared as possible. That calms me down some. And deep breaths!

I’ve been asking this and I was recently advised to ask it in an open-ended way, ie “how to a measure up against your ideal candidate?” The reasoning being that it’s a harder question to escape from than “do you have any concerns about me” which employers will probably say “no” to, even if they do have concerns.

Good luck OP!!! You sound like you are well-prepared and that automatically puts you ahead of many other candidates.

You’ll be great! Take some very deep breaths before walking into the interview and be confident that they saw your amazing potential when they gave you the interview. You might also want to take a nice hot bath before you head out the door.

One thing I did to calm my nerves when i was interviewing was to dig my nails into the palms of my hands. It sounds weird, but by channeling all of my nerves into my hands I could keep the rest of my body relaxed and only my hands tense. If you keep your hands folded in your lap no one will notice what you’re doing.

You are going to blow your interviewers away! Good luck!
