Are you looking for something in the DC area, or outside of the DC area if you want to have your honeymoon there too? If you are looking for something close to home, I got married at the Tabard Inn in DC, and this might be somewhere worth looking into for you. They have a beautiful outdoor courtyard that you could use for the ceremony, and then have indoor event rooms that can be used for the reception. They are an intimate venue that can only hold up to about 60 guests, so they’re perfect for your small size! I can go on and on about how much I loved the Tabard Inn. Their food is great, and they take care of all of the linens/plates/ etc. I hardly had to do a thing.

I don’t know if they’d let you do the reception outside too, though, if that’s what you want. They also only let you have the space until 11 PM, which may or may not be a concern for you if you wanted to start things after dark (and thus may prefer that your reception runs later). And they don’t have a Spanish look—more of an old, eclectic look.
