Ok waiting ladies, here is another one! I’ve been on here for a couple of weeks and started to get to know a couple of you but hadn’t “officially” introduced myself and saw a few other girls had so I’m jumping on board! Here’s my story! Three and a half years ago I started dating Mr. KS and it was the BEST decision for both of us! We moved in together two years ago and bought a house. We have two great puppies who are super spoiled! I worked at a bridal store for a while and have had my wedding planned for every possible season/style since I started there. The store closed last Fall and when it did I got my dress for a crazy good deal (he knows, don’t worry!). We started talking more seriously about dates. My old roommate runs the place we knew we wanted to get married at and so we told her what date we were thinking about, just a few days later she called and said “SO….how serious about that date are you??” and Mr. KS said to book it! He (like so many others right now) is unemployed so we’re waiting until he gets a job until he proposes and makes it “official”. SO…you’ll probably hear me complain about jobs and getting a ring and be able to tell EVERYONE! 🙂 So, I’m “waiting” but we do have a date…we’re quite confusing!

He knows what I want, we’re just waiting for the $$$ to start rolling in now, haha! It’s a tacori style (without the price tag!). Cushion-cut, slight split-shank…we’ll see 😉

I know exactly what kind of ring I want, but I haven’t found a good way to tell Mr. Bells yet! Not sure how to bring it up CASUALLY 😉 How did you tell your Boyfriend or Best Friend which ring you wanted?

Thanks ladies! I have quickly become very excited with WB because I finally have other bees who understand/sympathize instead of just rolling their eyes. I know most of my girlfriends aren’t interested in wedding stuff as much as I am so I can’t blame them but now I can stop driving them crazy! 😛
@BellsforHer: there isn’t really room for me to be nonshalant with Mr. KS…he’s…um, how do I put this? Doesn’t pick up on hints, it takes more of a 2×4 to the head to get the point across! I went to the Tacori website and sent him the “e-hint” then told him what jewlery stores I would trust to make something for us…but as I said, once we decided that we were on the road to it I just said “Ok, this is what I want!”. I think the e-hints are a great way to let him know 🙂
