I saw other months are doing this, and thought we can also have a bit of fun. So please, post some info about yourself, FI, wedding and anything else post-worthy
I’m 24 years old, and from South Africa. FI and I are in Canada for a few months, and he asked me to marry him about 2 months ago in the Rocky Mountains. We are both Software Developers.
The wedding will be on 21 March 2015 in a little town called Coligny. The ceremony will be held in a German church that his great-grandparents donated their land for the church to be built on, and the reception will be held in a barn on his parents’ sunflower, maize and cattle farm a few km away. The sunflowers will be in full bloom in March, so you can guess what my flowers will be… My colours will be black/charcoal and white to offset the sunflowers.
So please, give an introduction, I would love to get to know my month twins more

I’ll play! That all sounds wonderful… My mum adores sunflowers! Getting married in the church his grandparents helped fund is so amazing.
I’m 27 years old and from Perth, Western Australia. My FI (30) proposed after almost 6 years of dating after a romantic post-Christmas celebration dinner overlooking the Swan River. He tricked me, saying the dinner was a celebration for having survived our first year as small business owners (my primary line of work- manufacturing gourmet confectionery. FI is an Engineer Monday-Friday and a confectionery salesman on the weekends). He proposed with a pearl and diamond ring, and we chose my oval diamond ring together a month later.
We’re getting married on March 7th 2015 in the Swan Valley wine region at a little private venue with stunning gardens. We’re planning on having a first look session at 3pm at a historical building in the Perth Hills (where I grew up) and then having our sunset ceremony with our closest friends and family. We are incredibly lucky to have my mum, a former caterer, make our wedding cake and our cheese wheel cake, and my very good friend do all of the flowers for us. My colours are white, olive green and gold.

Oh yay! some company!
Your wedding sounds beautiful! And a cheese wheel cake… I love all kinds of cheeses, so that sounds super yummy to me
