They are definitely interesting. I’d wonder about sparkle in a setting like that and I’d worry about scratching everything and everyone with it.

OMG I’d scratch the bejesus out of myself with that.  I’d probably poke an eye out too.  Interesting though!

@KristenGotMarried: That’s what I thought too. It looks like it would be good for punching muggers on the street!!

@xx_ambyrr_xx: Haha, my Fiance just saw these and was like “I would not want to piss you off if you were wearing one of those!”

I would end up chipping that within 2 minutes of ownership

hmm… interesting concept and unusually visually striking… but then again diamonds are known to cut through some of the hardest things on earth… IDK, A friend of mine (who is an incredible mother) stopped wearing her high profile solitaire after accidently scratching her infant with it twice. The pointy diamond aspect here doesn’t seem too safe.

Interesting! Funny, because I have a decent sized (1.2 ct) diamond that is super cloudy that came as part of a lot that my mom picked up. The odd thing about this diamond is that it looks halfway decent when flipped upside down, so this might be an interesting thing to do with it….maybe in a pendant??? It would be safer that way – lol. But the inverted idea is really cool.

The culet is the most fragile part of the diamond, so this seems like just asking for it to get chipped, to me.

@nati24k:  Very cool!  I love seeing it on a real person 🙂  I am much too clumsy for something like that though – I’m the person who will routinely scratch myself on accidenct even with short nails, so that would just be dangerous for me lol.  Have you had any issues with wearing it?

Very different! I’ve never heard of it before. I would be afraid of chipping it. I once broke a diamond 🙁 Luckily I had insurance, although that was also a huge hassle!

@nati24k:  Did it come like that, or was that something you designed? I do like yours!
