I think it would depend on how old they are.  If they are adults, I would send them their own invites.  If not, I would address Mr. and Mrs. Uncle and family.

For my save the dates, I addressed it as mr and mrs last name family. For my invites, if theyre older than 18 theyre hoing to get their own invite.

If they are grown (I say teenage or older, others say 18 or older) they really should get their own invite. It’s a nice gesture to their autonomy that they are being invited as their own person and not as the family unit.

That said, if you want to address the invitations to everyone the techinically correct way (I think) is:

Mr. & Mrs. Lastname

cousin 1 Lastname

cousin 2 Lastname

That’s because the “and” (or “&”) implies marriage, and so shouldn’t be used for siblings (again, I vaguely recall reading something like this… could be wrong). However, I ignored this and addressed invitation to multiple people in one household as:

Mr. & Mrs. Lastname

Cousin 1 and Cousin 2 Lastname
