Cappugcino:  Chances are these particular people are used to their long names and recognize that sometimes it’s not possible to fit everything on one line. If it were me I wouldn’t be put out that my name was on the second line . ..

If you use the word “and” you are indicating that the individuals are married.  For example: “Ms. Jane HisNameIsn’tMyNameToo” on the first line and “and Mr. JohnJenkinsJingleheimerSchmitt” on the second line indicates that the couple is married.
