Hi there St. Louis Brides!
I was wondering if anyone out there has had any experience with local stationers in the area, or are most people using websites? I don’t have time to DIY mine, but am looking for something in a reasonable price-range. Any information would be greatly appreciated!
Also, we’re doing a website, but I’m struggling with who to go with. Any suggestions? Thanks!!

I started using http://www.mywedding.com and I love it.
It’s easy to use, you can add some custom pages if you want to and to top it all it’s free.
There is a selection of templates. I love mine because it fits perfectly with our wedding theme. Give it a try.

Most of my brides do theirs online because it saves time from running around gathering supplies to make them. A good site to try out is Ann’s Bridal Bargains. They have some really nice selections and are not ultra expensive like most.

I use http://www.weddingwindow.com, but they charge to use their service. eWedding.com, weddingwire.com and theknot.com offer free sites. The Knot recently revamped their website designs to be more competitive with other sites.
A Slice of Lime Design, M. Haley Designs and By Alice Boutique are a few stationers in the area. Wedding Paper Divas is a good online resource and they are fairly reasonably priced.

for website, i love http://www.mywedding.com – it is very easy and they have a bunch of pretty templates..and yes, it is free. also, if you are looking for reasonable invites, mywedding.com has partnered with a bunch of invitation sites so that you can get matching invitations to your web template.
btw – i never get any spam from them.

OMG – I didn’t even notice you are a St Louis bride until I hit "submit" on my comment.
I am in Connecticut, but my invitations were done by a local St Louis designer, Cheree Berry. Check her out at http://www.chereeberry.com. She used to design for Kate Spade invitations, her invites were on Today Show throws a wedding and she’s always featured in Martha Stewart. We spent (way) more on our invites than we originally budgeted after seeing Cheree’s fantastic designs, and we still think it was money well spent. Also, she is extremely cool and nice and easy to work with.
