Hi ladies!
I’m hoping one of you lovely ladies can help! We’re having facepainting and a bouncy castle for the kids at our wedding, along with some other outdoor games. I want to put a little note in the invites to families saying that there will be some outdoor games etc in case the kids clothes get ruined but I don’t know how to word it. Any tips?!

I would just add it at the bottom with or where people usually have ‘dinner and dancing to follow’. just add something along the lines of ‘Facepainting, bouncy castle and other activies for the kids’. No need to mention kids clothes getting ruined or anything, they just need to know about the activities and can decide for themselves what the activities will mean for their kids clothing.

Thanks, that’s a good idea! I just didn’t want anyone being cross at me on my wedding day!

Could you add an additional card into your invatations labeled with all the kids activities? Just like a food/reception/registry card. Then it gives them so more info into the party.
Otherwise, are you friends with alot of your guests on FB? You could always send out a message on there with the plan too. It’s less formal, but may work better!
PS – Way cool you have a bouncy house!

Thanks! So many of our friends have children, I think a quarter of our guest list is under 12yrs old so I felt like I needed to do something fun for them!
