Okay, let’s see where I can help…

1. I printed names and addresses directly onto the envelopes with my printer. I used a calligraphy font. They looked great and were so easy!

2. Ribbon is always a nice touch, but definitely not necessary!

3. I personally think it’s fine to write “and guest” on the outer envelope if you aren’t using an inner envelope. Some may disagree with me.

4. For a situation like the one you described, I’d just write (for example):

Dr. John Smith
Dr. Mike Black

5. There are a few ways you could handle this one. Etiquette says he’d get a separate invite, but it’s really up to you. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if you sent a single invite to their home.
