Below is my invitation wording. Does it look ok? Advice/suggestions are welcomed. We are paying/hosting the wedding and ceremony and reception will be at two different locations. Would it be ok if I just put “seven in the evening” without the o’clock?

Looks fine, I dont think anyone would be confused if you put Seven in the evening

Is it ok to add our wedding website URL to the invitation? If not, where should I put it?

@AnneL: I put it on a seperate insert that also mentions the dress code and what-not.
If it’s a one-page thing, just put it on the bottom in a font and size that will be easy to read.

I think it looks great! I don’t think it would be a problem to just have it say “Seven in the evening” but I personally like it the way it is. Also, I like “Half past Three O’Clock” rather than Three thirty, but that’s up to you!
We included our wedding website at the very bottom, I just put “For more details, please visit our website and then provided the link.”
