I’d take out “which will take place…” and instead just say “26 October, 2013 at [time/place] in [town/country]. Parents of HIM invite you to join in a family mass at St Z Chapel [so on and so forth], with a dinner to follow at ZZ Hotel at [time].”

I am a bit confused though, why are you sending out two invitations? Are you sending out an invitation, and then another invitation with this wording? Are all of the guests/family who live in your home country going to be invited to both as well?
