Even though we sent out the hotel information with the save the date info, we also included it in our formal invitation and it’s on our website as well. You can put it in there however it fits, I don’t think it matters. I’ve seen it as its own card and I’ve seen it on the back of the directions card.

Darlene what does that have to do with the question. For some reason I think that you are on these boards to promote savethedatemagic.com.  The boards are here for brides to get help. Mot for people to act like they are helping, but really to get a companies name out there.

I included our hotel information in our save the dates, in the formal invitations, and our website. Even after people got the save the dates, they were still asking about the hotel situation. Most people aren’t that intelligent, so you have to help them along, extra reminders are better than none! And if you keep telling them, then at least they can’t say they didn’t know! Although, you probably don’t need a whole other card if you don’t want it. Just make sure people will see it.

I am not sending out another Accomodations card with my invites.  Like you, I included it in my save the date and put the same information on the website as well.  I am sure that after the invtes go out there will be many more questions about lodging, but I plan on kindly directing them to the website, because honestly, there is nothing more that I can add.  If adding an Accomodations card will make your invites much more expensive, I think you can do without it, because as LeahB pointed out above, there will always be some people who will ask you again even if you pound them over the head with the info.  Extra Accomodation card or not, it will happen that people will still have questions about where to stay.
