I think what you have typed out looks great. We did something similar on ours and included my husband’s full name.

The way you have it is correct. That’s how I did it for my invites.

Wording is exactly what I did. You don’t need to capitalize the date time area, only where a natural sentence would start.

I think full name, but I have both of our full names as I’m not listing our parents names out. Just Together with their parents (since they aren’t hosting).
