I just ordered my invitations this week, and I’m already regretting that I didn’t get it capitalized in the appropriate places like my mom asked. The font we got was in all lower-case, which I thought was nice… but my parents ARE paying, and most of the people we’re inviting are my parents’ age or older, and might be annoyed. I feel like this is a small concession that I should make, and I should order yet ANOTHER proof (already had two at a cost of $15 a pop) with a slightly different font that can be capitalized. Thoughts?

Would it only cost you $15 to change? If so, I think that’s money well spent to get what you think is right.

I agree with shellyjean. If you don’t change it, it will continue to eat away at you.

I’d get another proof and just eat the $15 – thankfully, it’s not that much!

Ok, agreed. I’m actually less concerned with the $15… I just realized it’s only .025% of the cost of my invitations – they seem really expensive, and not even letterpress! Anyway, it’s that my wedding is only 79 days away and for some reason the PDF proofs are taking DAYS to come? I mean, WTF? They’re just PDFs!!
