We worked with a local printer, and we just did a single envelope, a flat invitation on cardstock, an R.s.v.p. postcard (same cardstock), and one insert with our wedding website information (that had the map and registry info on it). We were well under the weight limit for a single Forever stamp for the whole thing. The R.s.v.p. postcards got a 32-cent stamp.
We got 250 invitations for around $200, so roughly 80 cents per piece (not counting postage.)
