Wow, that’s a crazy mix up! I’ve gotten two shipments from Vistaprint and so far I’ve gotten what I’ve ordered. I guess it’s good to order early in case something happens.

Haha, I’m glad your ordered early.  I’ve never had problems with them, but I plan to order invites, response cards, and programs in the next week or so just in case something similar happens to me.  Which design did you go with?

I’ve always had really good luck with their customer service, they respond really quickly and get everything taken care of. Something that we ordered was scored a bit off, we let them know and they sent us another batch right away–I think it got here in less than 7 days. We ordered our rehearsal dinner invites from them and they looked great! Hopefully you’ll get your real invitations soon 🙂

i once got a pro flowers shipment that wasnt mine so i texted the number on the box   it WAS a cell and the girl called me and though some questions found they were ment for her sister across the street from us. i gladly took them to the owner 🙂

That is kinda funny!

I might try calling the number though… if it’s a landline they won’t get the text. I actually did this the other day. I was given a number to contact someone to ask a quick question… I texted it and then LATER found out that it was their landline. OOPS lol

Someone in the shipping department stuck the wrong label on the box. I worked for an online retailer for several years, and did a stint in the warehouse one christmas, and it is surprising it doesn’t happen more often. You did the right thing. The company will either arrange a pick up and redeliver to the correct address or reprint the product.
