I may be nuts, but I cant find the difference between Edit 1 and Edit 2. Am I missing something?

I like it without the flower overlay.

I like the overall design, but not that tan color. What about pink and white? I like the idea of pink, white inside and navy lettering.

Edit 2 does everything that I was too lazy to suggest yesterday when I saw your invitation. Embarassed

I really love the original one, but if pink is an issue, I’d go with Edit 1!! Awesome Invite!

Have you tried the font without putting the flourish on the end of the names?  It looks unnatural to me because its at the beginning and the end.

Also, I was going to suggest a different font for the text portion.  I think it would look 1000000% better if you used a block caps font. I think Copperplate Gothic Light would look amazing.  Right now the font reminds me of an essay/research paper font.

I prefer the last one. I would alos soften the color of the bright pink decorations at the top and above “stay for a weekend” without any other pink that bit looks very strong!

They’re definitely elaborate and formal, make sure you use heavy card stock, preferably in a flecked ivory so it doesn’t look too homemade. Be sure to try printing on the color paper you will be using as well, printing on even slightly tinted paper will alter the colors a bit, but you don’t want to use stark white.

And I agree with eagle about the font.

I like the second one a lot, but I might soften the opacity of the pink hearts or remove them altogether. I third what eagle said about the fonts!

The differences are so slight it took me forever to figure them out. they all look great to me.
