I’m creating an area on our website that links to my google docs and creates a spreadsheet out of their online rsvps.

Most of the wedding websites I looked at have an online RSVP function. The guest enters their name, clicks “yes” or “no”, then you can print out a list of attendees. And if great aunt Margaret calls, you can log in for her.

Online or by phone if you don’t want to do RSVP cards. But you’d need to print up a card saying that anyways if you don’t want it printed on the invite. I did postcard RSVP’s so it was only 33 cents return postage. I also made sure my invites could be mailed with a single first class stamp to save on postage.
