I know I”m not a July bride but I wanted to give you my input.  I sent my invites out about 8 weeks before the wedding with the RSVP date a month before the wedding.  I didn’t have a B list though.

I’m doing my invites a little early, I think around 10 weeks, with an request for them to be back 6 weeks prior to the event.  It’s not because we have a B list, but our venue requires that we provide them with the first and last name of everyone attending, so I’m thinking that might be difficult, and we have a LOT of out of town guests.

We’re a month ahead of you, but our invites just went to the printer, and are due back by the end of the month. I’m hoping to get them in the mail by the second week of April (so roughly 10 weeks in advance) and we’ve asked for RSVPs by the end of May. However, we’re doing online RSVPs and we have a lot of out-of-town guests with a hotel block rate that expires a month before the wedding, so I’m hoping that means we’ll get responses earlier rather than later. We’ll see… (We do have a list of additional local friends we’d love to include, but right now we’re SO far over on the count that I don’t expect we’ll get to jump to that list at all!)

I’m July 10 and planning on sending out invites sometime around the beginning to middle of May, which will be around 8-10 weeks early. We have a lot of out of town guests, and I already sent out Save-The-Date Cards at the 6 month mark, but I’d still like to get invites out just a tad early so they can make arrangements if they haven’t done so already. I’d like to have RSVPs back by June 5 (5 weeks ahead) so I can give our venue an idea of how much food we’ll need. I don’t think they need to know until 3 or 4 weeks out, so that gives us a little bit extra time to catch some of the folks who RSVP a little bit late.

Hey date twin! We are sending ours out mid-May and requesting that they RSVP before the end of June. I don’t have any specific dates, but that’s the rough estimate!

I haven’t decided yet when to mail them, but I chose June 18th for my RSVP date. 4 weeks out.

We are July 17 and are sending ours out the first week or two of May. So just longer than 2 months. I’m really dying to get the hotel reservation number so I want people to get them early. RSVP is June 17

Can’t wait to send them out!

Helping print them at the letterpress studio today!

The majority of our guests are out of town, so we’re planning on sending them out 3 months out.  I think I read that somewhere 😉  I hope so!  So we’re aiming for end of April for July 17, 2010 wedding.

We’re doing a semi destination wedding at the beach during the HEIGHT of tourist season so our invites went out on Saturday.  My DOC says no one will think they’re too early but I’m nervous now.  oh well, they’re mailed already!

I’m sending mine the second to last weekend in May for a July 31st wedding.  My RSVP is for July 1st.  It gives about 10 weeks notice and 5 weeks for RSVP’s. We’re going with what my stationary person recommended.  Hope that helps!

We’re sending them “early” by traditional standards but 75% of our guests will be coming from overseas and we want to make sure everyone has enough time to book flights and hotel rooms (we also sent Save the Dates to help people plan their vacations). The invites will be going out mid-April with an RSVP deadline of June 1st.

I can’t wait to get them out! 🙂

July 31st and I’ll be sending them out within the first two weeks of May giving our overseas guest plenty of time before the July 3rd RSVP to make their summer plans…We don’t really have a B list
