We are not doing RSVP.. I know it might sound weird.. but we are having a smaller wedding.. and none of our out of state people are coming so we decided to just hand deliver our invitations 6 weeks prior wedding.. Gives them more than enough time to clear the date out.

We’re not planning a B-list, per se….no required minimum by our caterer, or the location (thankfully), but we’re not planning on having a high “not attending” count….inviting 135, aiming to have 125 present.
With that being said, our invites are going to go out just after Memorial Day, with an RSVP date of 7/3, which gives us just about a week to get a definite count for our caterer.

So much for sending out invites in early May. We are hoping to get them out by the end of this week. I am planning a invite party one night this week to get everything put together and ready to send out. We decided on June 24th RSVP date. We figure out who will and will not be there. This is the last big stressful step…everything else is little details now. I can’t believe we are down to 60 days! Yikes!

Woot! We got our invites out on Saturday! We still have a few addresses to collect and more to send out but the bulk is done! The should start arriving in mailboxes on Tuesday. Along with the traditional RSVP cards we are also giving the option of doing it on our website. We are inviting about 360 but are hoping only about 300 will actually attend (even less would be great). I can’t wait for the RSVPs to start rolling in!
