(Closed) inviting one friend, leads to possibly inviting a circle of friends?

@skschick:  If you have space for them and still value them in your life, I would go ahead and invite them. They may not be able to come, but maybe the invitation will prompt them to make time for you.

I’m inviting a few people that I wouldn’t have necessarily invited because they’re part of a social circle, the rest of which is getting invited. It’s only two people, so just invite them.

I’m in the same boat, there are a few people who are getting an invite because they’re part of a social circle, I have space, and not inviting them would be a bit of a snub even though we’re not that close.

Definitely agree with what others have posted – but only if you have room at your venue!  It’s your day, and if it would mean something to you have them there, then why no go ahead and send an invitation.
